Frequency: 2026-2027 Monthly Virtual Sessions ( 9/22, 10/20, 11/10, 1/19, 3/16, 4/20, 5/11, 6/8)
Content Focus: Each session will focus on one or more key readiness indicators identified by the Redefining Ready initiative. These indicators will align with the NY Inspires and Portrait of a Graduate framework to ensure that leaders are implementing strategies that promote holistic student development.
Guest Presenters: National and local experts will present evidence-based strategies proven to improve student success in post-secondary pathways.
Spotlight on District Practices: Each month, at least one district will be highlighted for their innovative practices, providing a platform for peer learning and showcasing how readiness strategies are being effectively implemented.
Remaining 25-26 sessions (5/19, 6/16)
Frequency: Two site visits - Fall and Spring 26-27 TBD
Objective: These visits will offer hands-on learning experiences where participants can observe and engage with districts that have successfully implemented the Redefining Ready framework in alignment with the Portrait of a Graduate.
Focus: Leaders will have the opportunity to analyze real-world applications of readiness indicators and understand how these practices are driving student success in various school settings.
